Horticulture production worker

For our client, a plant company in Lochristi, we are looking for temporary employees who are available next season (starting between January and March 2026).

What will you be doing?

- Repotting young plants: you carefully remove young plants from their original pots and use tweezers to place them into larger pots so they can continue to grow.

- Preparing orders: using an order form, you load the carts with the correct products and make sure all orders are prepared accurately.

- greenhouse work: you help out in the greenhouse, where the work can sometimes be a bit more physically demanding.

Wat bieden wij jou?

- You will work full-time (40 hours/week) in the day shift
- Salary: 13,59 euro/hour.
- You will work with a picking card system, which allows a maximum of 65 days of employment. After a positive evaluation, there is a chance for an extension.
- The company is accessible by public transport from Ghent.
- You will join a friendly team with helpful colleagues.
- This is a temporary position.

Wat verwachten wij?

- You speak and understand Dutch or English.
- You are comfortable working temporarily with a picking card.
- Physical work does not scare you.
